I also use Grand Central. It's been good for managing calls when we travel. I also wanted to thank your for adding our site to your blog roll. We appreciate it.

Best,
Michael

I've heard that the cost will probably be around $15 a month once it's out of beta.

Sounds like a perfect fit for you. I too have a Grand Central account and it is awesome. It is also great for non-profits, or small organizations who need to share the responsibility of managing calls and want to keep things centralized. There are some features that I have yet to explore as well, but I have no reservations for recommending it to anyone, the trick is finding someone who will invite you ;-). The coolest thing to me is that it is managed and owned by Google, so I think it will likely stay free, but I guess you'll never really know. I can't wait to see how they will integrate it into their current applications. Maybe we will see a Google Talk integration. I don't know, just an idea.
