I have a confession to make.
I’m not only exhausted from responding to work at home myths, but I’m also a bit worn out on answering a million questions about where my money comes from, how much, how often, and why.
What can I say, I’m a private person.
But I’m done complaining about it. You see, instead of pasting on a fake smile while trying to hide my contempt, I’m not going to say a word. I’m going to wear it, and allow others to as well.
Thus, I decided to start WorkAtHomeWear.com .
Not only is this yet another way for me to work at home (ha ha), but it also helps others who encounter the same questions and even criticisms. Slogans on the shirts and other apparel include “Freelance Writer Does Not Mean Unemployed“, “WTH is a Job?“, and “Yes I’m Actually Working When I’m At Home”
When things get tough, and you want to stress out about it, don’t! Resist the urge and see how you can turn that negative into a positive. Your body, mind, and maybe even bank account, will thank you.

I am sick of all these networking sites.
First it was Ryze and I was fine with that because it was something new; networking for the business professional. Then it was Plaxo, next LinkedIn and pretty soon it seemed like there is a new site popping up every day. After awhile it’s pointless on the user end because you are just adding the same people you already know over and over again.
Who has time to register for a site just to talk to the same people you have on your friends list on 12 other sites?
I said I was through with all these sites…until I read about Gooruze. I’ll admit, the chance to win $10,000 in Adwords spending enticed me ,so I had to see what it was about.
It’s hard being an internet marketer because no one understands what you do, except for other internet marketers. With Gooruze I can network, get my news, ask and answer business related questions, and meet new contacts without worrying about anyone asking the ever-so-annoying question “so that internet marketing thing…that’s kind of like Avon right?”
Gooruze makes my life easier because:
I can find out what’s going on in the web world in one click.
I can get opinions and advice from industry leaders.
I can connect with people I’ve never had access to before.
I can watch my rank increase as I increase my participation. Appealing to people’s vanity is always a good thing.
